Mariah graduated from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts Pastry Arts Program in 2013. After honing her skills in numerous bakeries, she took a leap of faith in 2018 and dedicated herself fully to Rayne Desserts. She has a true passion for the baking process and loves creating desserts that bring joy with every bite. Her favorite part of Rayne Desserts is working alongside her husband, Nelson, and turning their shared passion into something they genuinely love creating together every day.

Nelson is the backbone of Rayne Desserts, handling everything from business management and accounting to marketing, design, and hosting wedding cake tastings. More than anything, Nelson genuinely cares about people and loves building meaningful relationships with clients beyond simply creating desserts for their celebrations. His warm personality and exceptional people skills help every client feel comfortable, cared for, and like long-time friends.

Tina has been a part of the cake decorating world since 2010, bringing creativity, passion, and incredible artistry to every cake she touches. From beautifully elegant detailed piping to elaborate custom creations, her decorating range is truly remarkable. A talented artist all around, Tina is constantly dreaming up new cake designs — sometimes even in her sleep! When she’s not decorating cakes, she loves spending time with her husband and two adorable kiddos.
